As an integral part of the Change Management team, and as the Communications Specialist for the VP of Operations Performance (OP), this two page deck was created with Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint. Utilizing Change Managment practices, the GOLD team came about through need of reducing human struggle and the company’s practice of waste elimination. This required collaboration across multi-level teams for survey, brainstorming, understanding internal short-comings, development of work-flow process for solution managment, as well as execution of operational changes. Working closely with boots on the ground and interal multi-leveled leadership utilizing and stratisfying documented findings, the GOLD Team was born. This deck represents the branding and pitch to Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) as well as understanding Change Managemnt practices within the Operations Performance Division.
